This Christmas, while you are eating your dinners and laughing. Remember that in another house there is an empty chair where a hero should be sitting. They gave their life so that you can sit with your family. So light a candle this Christmas for our fallen heroes that did not make it back, and for those still serving elsewhere. I wish for all my family and friends much love peace and happiness! ♥

De-Stress in December

With this busy Holiday Season upon us, Please don’t forget to take some time for yourself! We are here for you with eleven classes a week.

Because everyone is different, our classes are varied.  Some of us need to move and be active in class. While some of us need a gentle class to stretch the body – some of us need to quiet the mind in Yin to De-Stress.

HAPPINESS THROUGH MEDITATION!
Four week course on meditation.  Connie had such tremendous success in her recent classes offered by a local college, she is bringing the class to the home front.  This is a class for everyone – we all need to take time to care for ourself and learn the basics of yoga and well being.  The classes will be held  Tuesdays 7-8:30 pm.
Starting Tuesday, November 3rd  – 4 weeks for only $40.

MOVIE NIGHT ~ AWAKE!

In honor of Thanksgiving we are having a Movie Night.

Taylor Yoga will be hosting an open house viewing of AWAKE: The Life of Yogananda.
Please bring a pillow and blanket for your viewing experience. As many of you know, Vince and Connie traveled to Chicago for the release of this movie at the Gene Siskel Theatre.

Recently they obtained the DVD and would love to share it with everyone at this special event at the studio.
